Wildflower Honey Cake | Food Wishes
Wildflower honey cake is a very old-fashioned cake made with my personal favorite kind of honey, produced by the happiest bees (I will explain my controversial theory in the video). In case you didn’t know, cakes made with only honey have so much more flavor than cakes made with plain sugar, and the batter method is one of the easiest ever. Enjoy!

These things are wonderful. 😋
As others said, if you have the inside undercooked a little bit, it will make the tortilla tastier and silkier. So i wouldn't cook it for so long and also wouldn't put the lid on the pan as it cooks since it will make the eggs curdle fast. Also the browning is excesive, I would have it cooked in a lower temperature IMO, to get a lighter crust. BTW I also use that steaming method to cook the potatoes. Even though the deep frying method is the most common, as it is faster and gets a tastier result, it can be messy to fry in so much oil, so I seldom deep fry my potatoes. Anyway it's a good recipe for a tortilla if you adjust it to your preferences.
Chef you need to go through in blender once all onion tomatoes cooked then strain it brings the real velvety texture as I cook it everyday

THANK YOU! People act like I’m crazy whenever I say I never put salt in my spice blends or only use seasoning blends that are low/no salt. It’s absurdly easy to over or under salt your food unless you do the salt separately
I've had 2 other chefs tell me the same baking temperature as you. Even if it was for creme brulee. Just to add a 180° turn in the middle of cooking.

I haven't had buckwheat pancakes since I was a child, and having been a finicky eater, it was surprising that I loved them. I'm adding this recipe to my to-do list.

Not a perfect fried egg at all I couldn’t even eat that. Okay if you just want the yolk but there’s no way I’m eating that white
Put mayo on both slices of bread, the mayo acts as a barrier to keep the toasted bread from getting soggy, I also lay my tomato slices in between paper towels & push down slightly, that removes some of the moisture from the tomatoes so the sandwich is not dripping so much each time you take a bite, then be sure to add a little salt & pepper to the tomatoes before adding them onto the sandwich. The BLT is the perfect sandwich in my opinion, eat it with a tall glass of iced tea
I don’t think I’ve ever tasted wildflower honey. I’m in Arizona and my favorite is mesquite honey.

Hmmmm! Where I come from, we call this Bhoulanger choka. Made ALMOST different. We roast them with a clove of garlic stuffed inside while it's roasting. Scooping it out when it's completely cooked with nice grilled outside. Making it tasty inside. Add your salt, onions, tomatoes, and hot peppers. The garlic was roasted, and it's delicious to taste. This is my way to make my preference. I DON'T eat tomatoes and onions, so I DON'T include them. Paired with some nice fresh Sada roti or plain nan as you may choose to buy. I make my own Sada rotis. Delicious 😋
